Jane Parker Fruit Cake Available Online & In Stores This Holiday Season

MONTVALE, NJ – November 27, 2012 – Since the late 1930s, Jane Parker Fruit Cake has been a staple of American families’ holiday traditions.  Starting this year, America’s favorite fruit cake is available online on the new JaneParker.com, as well as Amazon.com, through the end of February 2013.  Online prices range from $27.49 for a 1-pound loaf to $46.49 for a 4.5-pound ring, which includes shipping and taxes.  The old-fashioned fruit cake, generously filled with more than 60 percent of luscious fruits and nuts, can also be purchased in our retail stores.

9/11 Tribute Event Honors Bergen County, N.J., K-9 Unit

WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. – September 13, 2012 – The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. (A&P) and Nestle Purina PetCare paid tribute to the search dogs of Bergen County for the key role they played in the recovery efforts on Sept. 11, 2001.  For the second year in a row, Bergen County authorities were presented with a $5,000 check from Nestle Purina PetCare on behalf of A&P for their team’s heroic deeds.
